Hi everyone!I wanted to talk about how I spent my Spring Break in Washington D.C. over the course of the week. 27 members of my class and I took part in a 5 day course where we listened to guest speakers that helped us gain a better understanding of the intersection between accounting and policy making. Speakers included the former chairman of the FASB, a board member of the PCAOB, members of the FBI, and a person on the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget.

Hi everyone!After another month at the graduate level in the Fisher College of Business, I wanted to take a moment to talk about some of the aspects that the MAcc program provides beyond the academics. The graduate office at Fisher does a great job of providing students with ways to decompress and enjoy our time while on campus, between classes, and during the weekends so that we feel like we are at home. During the football season, an important time for all Ohio State fans, the grad office throws tailgates and provides food for all who attend.

Hi everyone! I hope everyone is getting through the last few weeks of their semester in one piece before finals season rolls around! I wanted to post about the opportunities that Fisher MAcc students have to get involved around campus. As one of the graduate student ambassadors, I have been receiving numerous questions about ways that students can get involved around campus. The first way to get involved is to join the MAcc Council.

Exam season can be stressful but there are numerous ways to decompress and enjoy your time at Ohio State.
