Application for Admission to Major and Specialization

Current Ohio State students should complete the following form to apply for admission to Fisher College of Business Undergraduate Major and Specialization.

Admission to individual specializations will depend on the size and quality of the applicant pool, and can be highly competitive.

Application deadlines and requirements are subject to change with Ohio State's conversion to semesters. Subsequent deadlines and updated requirements will be posted on this page at the close of this application cycle, June 1, 2012 and on the admissions web page

Application submissions are time stamped. If you submit multiple applications, only the final submission will be reviewed. Application decisions will be sent to your OSU name.# email account six to eight weeks after the deadline. Submissions that are incomplete or incorrect will not be reviewed.

If concurrently enrolled at Ohio State and another institution, I understand it is my responsibility to provide paper copies of final grades and updated transcripts to the Undergraduate Programs and Advising Office by June 20, 4:30pm. Applications requiring additional documents that are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered, and must be resubmitted for a subsequent application period.

Applications with missing or incomplete transfer information will not be considered.
