Honors
Ranked as one of the top 20 undergraduate business programs in the nation, the
Fisher College of Business challenges the best and brightest students through the Mitte Honors Program. You'll learn through team-focused activities taught by top faculty. You'll interact with leading executives in and out of the classroom. You'll develop leadership skills through active involvement in business student organizations and community service activities. And you'll conduct original research and participate in internships and study abroad programs - all of which provide you with greater career potential.
As a Fisher College Honors student, you may choose from 3 business honors programs.Each of these programs leads to the honors or distinction designation on your diploma.
- Accounting Honors Program
- Honors Cohort Program
- Honors Contract Program
Honors students also have the opportunity to conduct research with guidance from a faculty advisor that would culminate in writing a thesis, defending research findings and presenting at the Denman Research Forum. Students who conduct a research project receive the distinction designation on their diploma.
