Master of Labor and Human Resources

Fisher's MLHR program is one of the very few HR graduate programs in the United States taught within a college of business. In addition to learning from leading HR and organizational experts, your focus while enrolled in the program will be to take HR theories and apply them in real-world settings.

The Fisher MLHR program provides you with:
  • Expanded career opportunities, regardless of whether you are looking to make a career change or advance in your current organization
  • The ability to complete the program on a full-time or part-time basis
  • Experiential learning opportunities, including an optional internship
  • An HR generalist’s perspective

As a Fisher MLHR student, your degree has official certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (“SHRM”) and adheres to its curriculum guidelines.
