PREREQUISITES:  Finance 620 or equiv.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:  We study issues that arise when firms make financing decisions, such as how much to pay dividends, how much to borrow, and when to issue securities. We conclude by looking at the rules of corporate governance of firms, and by studying mergers and acquisitions.
