Financial Analyst/Financial Economist The Housing Finance Group within Price Waterhouse's Management Consulting team needs experienced analysts for its fast growing, fast paced consulting practice. We are the premier housing finance consultancy among the Big Six firms and serve a variety of government and private sector clients. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified applicants will have at least a master's degree in finance or economics, and strong quantitative skills, including spreadsheet modeling in Excel or Lotus (w/ability to create macros); some exposure to SAS or GAUSS needed. Minimum of two years work experience required, preferably in housing finance but could also be in banking, municipal finance, insurance or related areas. Superior academic experience in econometrics, asset pricing or other complex financial modeling could be a suitable substitute for some of the work experience.
