I am sorry but I was unable to require ./Setup_files/finance.setup.cgi at line
            166 in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/cgi-bin/DB_Manager/db_manager.cgi.  Would you please make sure that you have the 
            path correct and that the permissions are set so that I have
            read access?  Thank you.
